We are offering for rent the furnished 1-bedroom apartment (36 m2) with the spacious cellar (7 m2) on Lipová St., Chrenová city district in Nitra. Nearby there is department store N-Centro, primary school, playground, and public transport stop. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of 3-storey apartment building with no elevator.

The apartment is divided into an entrance hall, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom with the toilet. The kitchen is fully furnished with appliances: fridge with refrigerator, gas hob with electric oven, microwave oven, and extractor hood. The bedroom has a wardrobe, which provides plenty of storage space. The apartment is equipped with new beds (with new mattresses) that can be combined into a double bed. The apartment is rented furnished, but if interested, you can add your own furniture.

The kitchen unit in the apartment was replaced (it is old in the photos and video).
