We are offering for rent the unfurnished (with possibility of furnishing) office space (54 m2) on Štefánikova trieda St. in the city center of Nitra. SUN@HOME lighting technology makes this space unique. LED lighting SUN@HOME improves daytime alertness, activity level, optical comfort, even sleep rhythm. The intensity, brightness and temperature of the light are automatically adjusted to suit the biorhythm of the human body. Of course, they can also be controlled manually with a switch, a controller, and via an application. Also by voice, using Google Assistant or Alexa. In addition, it is possible to change their color and specify the time when the given values should be adjusted automatically. Spotify is included in the rental price. Music playback can be controlled by voice.

The office space is currently undergoing renovation. While the renovation is in progress, you have the opportunity to intervene with your own ideas.

The shopping and multifunctional center Polygon, the Mlyny shopping center, a bus and railway stations, a hospital, a restaurant, groceries, the District Council, the Municipal Office, the Employment Office, and a public transport stop are located near the building. The pedestrian zone is a 6-minute walk away. The office is located on the 1st floor of a 2-story building with no elevator. The office is offered without equipment.
