We are offering for rent the unfurnished (with the facility of getting furnished) office space (27,82 m2) on Štefánikova trieda St. in the city center of Nitra. The shopping and multifunctional center Polygon, the Mlyny shopping center, a bus and railway stations, a hospital, a restaurant, groceries, the District Council, the Municipal Office, the Employment Office, and a public transport stop are located near the building. The pedestrian zone is a 6-minute walk away. The office is located on the 1st floor of a 2-story building with no elevator.

The office is offered without equipment. In case of interest it is possible to request the furnishing of the premises at your own expense. Parking is secured by a foldable parking barrier with a key. Parking spaces are located directly in front of the entrance to the building. There is also a locked space for storing bicycles.
